First of all: on this website you can find or ask for information about gsmopen (celliax) only. If you need information about FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Linux, Windows, etc here you will not find an answer. Go google for it. Do your homework.
 
Here you'll find many ways to get the information you need to make your gsmopen (celliax) installation ready and to start making calls.
 
The first and most important way is: READ the DOCUMENTATION! We put a lot of effort in documenting the various aspects of installation, configuration and operation of gsmopen (and to keep the docs updated): you can find all info you need just by reading the documentation. Really!
 
You can find the documentation on the aptly named menu item (it's named "documentation").
 
The second way is: subscribe to the mailing lists go browsing the archive of previous mailing list posts, and if you don't find it, post your question.
 
Third way is: read the forums topics and comments, and look for an issue similar to your one. If you don't find it, post a new topic with a descriptive "Subject" line.
 

How to report a bug/problem/issue


 
Before writing to mailing list or forum to describe your issue, please try to find the answer/solution in the ways we just described. If you don't find it, please gather all information we need to understand your issue and to help you, as described in How to report a bug/problem/issue. If you don't do it, we will ask you to do it (because we need the info to be of help), and both of us will have wasted some (maybe precious) time.
