I just wpuld like to know if there is any chance to get better sound quality of audio files played by Asterisk's context menu : local, as sound is distorted.

is due to:

alsa , no support for alsa
oss, no support for oss
poortly reworked your celliax by Patrick for his Asterisk for Windows
or due to sound card installed in my laptop
due to set up of configuration files

You advised me to buy MobiGater.
Ok , I can buy MobiGater to work for Asterisk for Windows,
but support is not interactive as interest among users in MobiGater is not great.

MobiGater is not a solution, in my mind, to sound quality problems with Asterisk for Windows playing local context menu audio file/s

The same files can be played great by SIP client registered by Asterisk: X-Lite

So I just need to know what to do to run a number of IVR dial plan tests and get good sound quality with Asterisk for Windows.

No chance to move to FreeSwitch + your GSMopen, as I don't know FreeSwitch at all.

In thgeory I can use GSM gateway with analog telephony line output to work with Asterisk, to get rid of Celliax problems ( if any).

Please just tell me frankly who is to blame for poor sound quality in Asterisk for Windows ( codecs, alsa, oss,
poor configuration of Asterisk for Windows or something else ).

Please tell me if being paid for your excellent support, you can solve the problem
of distorted sound in Astersk for Windows + celliax.

And please tell me if your planned gsmopen for Windows can one day nwork for Asterisk for Windows, reworked by you,
as Patrick is not responding.
