sorry for the late answer.
I don't know how is working sateriskwin32 this days, is an indipendent project that I know has integrated celliax, but I really don't know anything else.
In the near future there will be Windows support for gsmopen (new celliax name) under freeswitch (www.freeswitch.org), and I counseil you to use freeswitch instead of asteriskwin32.
Anyway, can you send me technical documentation of the modem? (particularly the AT command set).
Is that modem presenting both an audio device (like a soundcard) and a serial device to windows?

I have spent some time with Asteriskwin32 for Windows, as I was in a position to install and run it easily on my laptop
to tests IVR dialplans coming preinstalled with asterisk for Vista.
I have registered SIP provider and X-Lite SIP client.
As my SIP operator provided me with public PSTN number,
I was in a position to call my PSTN number, calling asterisk run on my laptop (Vista)
and have a call pick up by X-lite.
To get laptop connected to the Internet I used USB 3G modem by Huawei ( E160 for Internet only and E169 comes with 3G + voice support).
So using voice modem I can call my laptop (Asterisk) from my mobile phone.
Having switched to ethernet line Asterisk started to fail to resolve dns of of my SIP operator
so the only option for testing basics of IVR dial plans was using X-Lite as a SIP client .
As I don't use landline phone, having switched to mobile phone, I am looking for an option to have AT 3G voice USB modem connected to
my laptop to let me call Asterisk run on my laptop, using public mobile phone number, coming with SIP card inserted into a modem.
So I welcome your Celliax for Asteriskwin32 solution.
As 3G voice modem comes as USB hardware, virtual serial port of COM26 is installed for 3G modem
and I don't know what should I enter for the serial port as below.
As modern mobile phones come with USB cable for PC - mobile phone communication,
another solution is a use of bluetooth communication channel + bt dongle installed in laptop.
But to test IVR dial plans I need to call Asterisk/ my laptop and for tests I can get any type of mobile phones coming with serial data cable,
as advised by you.
I can get some AT commands for Huawei modem to set up auto answer mode.
Modem is both AT modem + voice in one via USB port.
I can call a modem and pick up a call via voice telephony app coming with a modem, using headset.
As this is the USB modem, please tell me serial device should I set as below for COM26
