I bought a device: Mobigater pro. I meet a big issue and would like to see if there is any lucky in this website.
Is there any dial plan on this device?
I mean, when the device answered I need to enter extra numbers. For example, when I call China numbers, I need to dial "*0086138XXXX". Can I have a dial plan so that I can only need to dial "0138XXXX#"?

This is an issue with the dialplans in asterisk and/or freeswitch?
Or you are referring to something else?

I installed Mobigater under Windows and did not install asterisk/freeswitch at all. I'm just wondering if there is any dial plan for Mobigater so that it's not neccessary for me to dial extra numbers such as "0086"(China country code) and I can dial as normal way(just need to dial"138XXXX").

Mobigater mentioned GSMopen is their partner and if there are some technical problems we can get some support from this website. Also, I noticed you had mentioned Mobigater here for some times. Really can not know what should I do.
Also, I used China mobile's service and can not send DTMF to Mobigater so that this device can not be used at all.(I can use China Telecom's service).

Mobigater hardware are devices that can be used with freeswitch and asterisk. We develop software for freeswitch and asterisk that supports using Mobigater devices as interfaces.
We can give you informations on using those devices with freeswitch and asterisk.
You want to know something completely different, about how to use the device with some other software maybe distributed by mobigater.com
You need to ask them about it, here at this site we have no idea about that.

You can't make calls from PC using Mobigaters original software. It only redirects calls.
You can call through Mobigater from another computer real or virtual through Skype. Use Skype to Phone or PBX feature.
To make calls directly from PC where the Mobigater is connected you need different software. Most probably celiax driver. It means this is an exact place where to post question. Unfortunatley nobody recognizes it.
I also would like to hear the answer, how to install Asteriks, Freeswitch or Celiax and use them to customize otherwise uncustomizable Mobigaters origanal software features. Like extending PBX to more then 4 devices, making the Skype to Phone feature finally work, adding dial pad or making Mobigater not to answer call when nobody is at computer and so on, and so on.
